When you book a mooring slip we'll hold it for your arrival. If your plans change, notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the space to another boater. We may release a slip if you don't arrive within a reasonable time of your booking.
Our launch fees and mooring rates are displayed in good faith and may adjust seasonally or as operational costs evolve. If a specific slip or service is unavailable, we'll suggest the best alternative at the dock.
For custom charters or specialized boat services we ask for advance notice and may require a deposit. If you need to cancel, contact us promptly and we'll work with you as flexibly as circumstances allow.
